I'm Moving Shoes #16

It's been over a week since I've done one of these! I've been on Winter Vacation from work so I haven't been getting really all that done up lately. I have one more week off to enjoy and then back to what the French call le métro, boulot, dodo -- or the daily grind. The rain has returned, and I am feeling very peaceful right now as I sit on my big comfy couch, with my snuggie and doggies keeping me warm. I can see out my front window to the rain falling through the bare branches of the trees and onto rooftops and walls. I can barely hear it over the tick-tock of the clock. I see two brown birds, who are no doubt singing in the rain, hoping about the branches of a distant tree. I think I might just curl up and sleep as Sarah and Delilah are.

I am wearing patent leather Nine West pumps. I wore these on my first day teaching; I will never forget, nor will I forget how much my feet hurt by the end of that day. I'm wearing gray tights from F21. The white high-waisted shirt is design/made my me. The basic black -t- is Old Navy and the gray cardy is Kohls. I've accessorized with a black patent leather belt from Target a long chain necklace with clear jewels from American Eagle and the watch is Fossil.
