This is my most favorite food, well one of them. Sam's Club sales this Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad, and it is delish. Throw it on a croissant or toss it in with some lettuce and you're ready to go with a yummy meal. Unfortunately, I do not have a current Sam's Club membership, but my mom is in town and she does so she bought some for me. My lunch menu is set for the next week.
