28 years...don't they go by in a blink...

Although I am super busy, I wanted to do a birthday post. Today I turned 28. I went to work. My students knew it was my birthday, so I got many birthday wished throughout the day. After work I did a little shopping; it's nice that my birthday always falls on payday :). For dinner, I went out with my good friend Chloe to Mimi's Cafe. Thanks Chloe for the cute necklace! After dinner we went over to Target for a little more shopping.

Nathan got Michael Buble tickets for my birthday for a concert in December, and because Nathan worked today, we celebrated my birthday together on Tuesday. We went out to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, as that is the tradition. Usually we drive all the way to Marina Del Ray, but because it was a work night we decided on going to Sherman Oaks instead. We had the delicious Chicken Madeira and I ordered the all too decadent Reese's Cheesecake. It was good, but I little too good. It was SO rich, even I couldn't handle the sugar and I have a high tolerance
for sugar.

Look at these cute gifts my mom sent me. She made these cute little fabric flowers that can be clipped in my hair, onto a necklace or on my clothes. She also made that too cute Halloween pillow. I love it. I have like 2 Halloween decoration, so I love it. I told her she needs to sell these on Etsy. If I can do it, so can she!
