Back to Basics

I have not sewn in nearly a year it seems, and with Nathan working nights I decided I will get back into it to occupy my time. Last summer, I started sewing this dress and I never finished it. All I needed to do was put on one sleeve and make the sash and finish the hem, so tonight I did. Here is the finished result, and a few weekend ago I went down to LA and bought some fabric, so Ihave a few projects to work on. It was so cute; Nathan drive with me down there and let me shop for fabric...he was so out of his element.

My face looks silly...dress looks cute...
