One of our holiday traditions is going to the Getty Museum and that's what we did today. It was a beautiful day--no it wasn't wintry, cold classic Christmas weather, but by anyone's standards I would say it was a pretty perfect 80*. You could see across to the ocean. While at the museum, I always enjoy looking at all the pictures that depict the myths of Grecian and Roman mythology.

After the Getty, we went to Johnny Pastrami. It is a yummy little whole-in-the-wall place just like we like in LA, which has been there since 1959. We shared a pastrami french dip sandwich and chili fries. After dinner, we went to the Grove, got hot chocolate and walked around.
